Problem Note 48727: In SAS® Anti-Money Laundering, the length of name columns in the party and associate tables do not accept concatenated names
In the core DDL, the lengths are shown for the following column lengths of the party and associate dimension tables:
FSC_PARTY_DIM
party_first_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL ,
party_last_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL ,
party_middle_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL ,
party_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL ,
FSC_ASSOCIATE_DIM
associate_first_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL,
associate_last_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL,
associate_middle_name VARCHAR2(25) NULL,
FSC_EXT_PARTY_ACCOUNT_DIM
full_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL ,
last_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL ,
first_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL ,
middle_name VARCHAR2(35) NULL ,
Change the dimension lengths as follows:
FSC_PARTY_DIM
party_first_name VARCHAR2(50) NULL ,
party_last_name VARCHAR2(50) NULL ,
party_middle_name VARCHAR2(100) NULL ,
party_name VARCHAR2(200) NULL ,
FSC_ASSOCIATE_DIM
associate_name VARCHAR2(50) NULL,
associate_last_name VARCHAR2(50) NULL,
associate_middle_name VARCHAR2(100) NULL,
FSC_EXT_PARTY_ACCOUNT_DIM
full_name VARCHAR2(200) NULL ,
last_name VARCHAR2(50) NULL ,
first_name VARCHAR2(50) NULL ,
middle_name VARCHAR2(100) NULL ,
This change enables the columns to accept larger names and the concatenated names (first, middle, last) into the column full name. This prevents the names from being truncated and prevents the watch list scenarios from failing to generate alerts on long names.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
The length of the name columns (first name, middle name, and last name) in the dimension tables, FSC_PARTY_DIM,FSC_ASSOCIATE_DIM, and FSC_EXT_PARTY_ACCOUNT_DIM, need to be increased to accept concatenated names.
